Born and brought up in Himachal Pradesh (a landscape I love beyond measure), I’m a Himalayan woman who grew up learning the realms of spirituality and holistic living through my macro environment. Since childhood, I was fortunate to interact with people of almost all nationalities through my learning courses and monastic environments, and later the same experience was re-lived as my family welcomed interracial daughters-in-law into our home. I really respect and love my culture, my surroundings, and our Himachali lifestyle and it gives me immense bliss every day to live and relish everything about Himachal. Being born here has been the biggest happiness and greatest eventuation of my life and luck since it helped me to stay true to my roots while learning cultural fluidity.

Altogether, this Himalayan upbringing and thinking process helped me observe, study, and learn the subtle nuances of human behaviour and now I connect the dots between my courses and lived experience and share whatever I have learned and continue learning.

I’ve never been a social-media-driven person – I don’t like to be online everyday or use internet much as it exhausts me (since for me offline and online are separate worlds with separate purposes and will continue to remain, and their amalgamation is not something I seek) – though I’m learning to adapt to it so my work can reach beyond my immediate world, which is the only reason that gets me online along with the recent career switch and starting things from scratch again. My life and living revolve around my maternal family and work.
